These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Matrigen Cosmetics UK. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not proceed with your purchase.

1. Inspection of Goods

You are responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon delivery. If any items are missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty, you must notify us by telephone or email within 48 hours of receipt, quoting your order reference number.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the goods being deemed accepted, and any loss, damage, or defect will be considered to have occurred after delivery. In such circumstances, Matrigen Cosmetics UK accepts no liability.

2. Professional Use Only

All products and information supplied by Matrigen Cosmetics UK are intended exclusively for qualified professionals. Customers must be properly trained and competent in the use of the products purchased.

We accept no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or use by unqualified individuals. Matrigen Cosmetics UK reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or withdraw products at any time without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold appropriate and valid professional insurance for the use of our products. Products sold on this website are not available to the general public.

3. Formation of Contract

A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation email containing an order reference number to the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to refuse supply for any reason.

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch using one of our accepted payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Stripe.

5. International Orders

International orders are accepted at our discretion. Customers must contact us in advance to confirm shipping availability and obtain a delivery quotation.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on third-party carriers.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges incurred outside the United Kingdom are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Matrigen Cosmetics UK will not refund or reimburse costs arising from customs delays, seizures, or refusals.

6. Klarna – Checkout Disclosure

Klarna’s Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 options are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or making late payments may negatively impact your financial status and credit rating.

Available to UK residents aged 18 and over, subject to status. Late fees may apply. By selecting Klarna at checkout, you agree to Klarna’s applicable terms and conditions.

7. Product Use and Professional Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified professional or registered injector with the appropriate training, certification, and experience to use the products safely and responsibly.

You agree to:

  • Act professionally and ethically at all times when using and recommending our products.

  • Accept full responsibility for your professional conduct and treatment outcomes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the purchase or professional use of our products shall be subject to UK jurisdiction.
